Create your first Workflow

Creating your first workflow might seem intimidating, but by following our instructions below, you can build and start running your first process in no time!


To start creating your workflows, first, log in to Procify with the account you've created. Once inside the platform, navigate to the ‘Tools’ tab and select ‘Workflow Builder.’ On this page, you will find a list of all the workflows you have created.


To create your first workflow, simply click the ‘New Workflow’ button at the top right corner of the page. Whenever you wish to build a new workflow on Procify, this button helps you begin the process.




After clicking the ‘New Workflow’ button, you have two options for your new workflow. You can either create a workflow entirely from scratch or choose one of our premade templates.





Create a new workflow from scratch


When choosing to start with a blank canvas for your workflow, you need to set its name and, if desired, provide a description. Once this is done, your first workflow has been created successfully!





On Procify, only users who have an Admin or Moderator role can build workflows by default. To allow a user with a different role to build workflows, you need to give this particular permission to them from the 'Edit User' settings in User Management.
