Procify utilizes AI capabilities across different parts of the platform. One of the ways you can leverage AI in your processes is by generating AI-suggested workflows, helping you accelerate the creation of your workflows.
All you have to do is write in your prompt explaining the kind of process you want and Procify generates up to three, different ready-made workflows based on what you searched for.
How it works
To create a new process, click on the ‘New Workflow’ button on the top right corner of the ‘Workflow Builder’ page. There, you will find a blank space you can use to write in your prompt regarding the process you wish to create.
Once you click the ‘Generate with AI’ button, the system will suggest up to three different ready-made processes that best match your prompt. If the suggested workflows are not what you were looking for, you can always change your prompt and regenerate new ones.
When you are happy with the suggested workflows you can click on one of them, generate it, and start working on it right away!
