The GenAI Task Type in Procify makes it easy to generate concise summaries from uploaded files. The Summarization feature is especially useful when you need to quickly extract key insights from lengthy documents without reading them in full.
How Summarization Works
When configuring the GenAI task for summarization, you will need to provide the file you want summarized, select the desired tone (professional or friendly, depending on the audience), choose the output format, such as a paragraph or bullet points, and set minimum and maximum word limits to ensure that the summary meets your requirements.
Summarization During Workflow Execution
During execution, the system processes the file and generates a summary that aligns with the selected tone, format, and length, as inputted during the building phase.
 | The generated summary becomes available as a variable in your workflow after the task is executed, making it easy to insert it into emails or use it as input for subsequent workflow steps. |
