Manage your Profile

Your user profile within Procify determines how you will be identified within the platform.

From your Profile settings, you can manage your first and last name, your job title, and the language in which you prefer to view the platform. Additionally, you can access information about your role within Procify, the department to which you belong, and the teams you are a part of.

Access My Profile

To go to your user profile settings all you have to do is click on the bubble with your initials on the bottom left corner, and select the option 'My Profile’. 

Manage your Profile Details

Once inside the page, you can view the different information related to your profile. Some of this information can be edited, while other information cannot.

You can modify most of the details on this page, except for the email associated with your account, your role within Procify, as well as your department and the teams you are a part of.

Reset your Password

In case you wish to change the password you use to log into Procify, you can do so by clicking the ‘Reset Password’ button.

Once clicked, a window will open up where you will need to enter:

• your current password for verification that it really is you who is attempting this password change, and not someone else
• the new password you wish to set

Once your new password is accepted, you can use it to log into Procify.
