Explaining Workflow Categories

As you use Procify for more and more processes, you may find yourself with a substantial list of workflows, unrelated to each other. Workflow categories enable you to organize your flows in an aggregated manner, for easier management and retrieval.


Depending on your company’s preferences you can categorize your workflows in different ways, such as grouping processes by departments or organizing them into flows relating to customers and flows used for internal processes.



Assign a workflow to a category


To assign a workflow to a category, click the 'Add category' button to access the list of existing categories. If you intend to place your workflow under a category that does not currently exist, simply enter the desired category name and click to create it.





Filter workflows per category


To view workflows placed under a specific category, navigate to the filters, and select to display only the processes under the category you wish.
