Form tasks are one of the most common ways you can collect manual input in a workflow and leverage it to advance your processes.
They are added as separate action tasks within a workflow, and you can designate users to be responsible for inputting data into them.
In a workflow, you can include as many forms as necessary. This allows each form to be targeted and tailored to the input needs at the different stages of the process.
Form Fields
Forms consist of fields where users can input data, with each form field allowing a different type of input. These form fields can be mixed and matched to precisely capture the data you require.
In Procify’s knowledge base, under the Form Builder folder, you can find articles that provide more information on forms and detailed explanations for each of the available form fields.
