In Procify, every task is part of a workflow and does not exist on its own. Tasks are always created and triggered as part of a workflow execution. This means that tasks only open when their turn comes within the context of the full process, ensuring proper order, coordination, and control.
A task only opens when all tasks that come before it in the workflow have been completed. This ensures that
- the process always flows in the order it is supposed to
- each task has the information or context it needs from the earlier steps
- no tasks are triggered prematurely
![]() | Unlike Task Management Systems, Procify is designed for structured process execution, meaning you cannot create individual tasks outside of a workflow. |
