How does a Task open in Procify?

In Procify, every task is part of a workflow and does not exist on its own. Tasks are always created and triggered as part of a workflow execution. This means that tasks only open when their turn comes within the context of the full process, ensuring proper order, coordination, and control.

A task only opens when all tasks that come before it in the workflow have been completed. This ensures that

1. the process always flows in the order it is supposed to
2. each task has the information or context it needs from the earlier steps
3. no tasks are triggered prematurely

Unlike Task Management Systems, Procify is designed for structured process execution, meaning you cannot create individual tasks outside of a workflow.
